Based in the Melbourne CBD, MEO Australia Limited is an ASX listed energy company.
MEO employees have a strong belief and commitment to our values and vision and are dedicated to the continuing growth of the company. We require an enthusiastic, organised person to assist with efficiently managing administrative tasks, within a supportive team environment. 
  • Permanent part-time
  • Monday - Friday, 12–3pm (minimum 15 hours p/w)
  • $25 per hour  


Office/Administration duties will include:

* Answering phones
* Receiving deliveries
* General email correspondence
* Database maintenance
* Providing administrative support
* Mail sorting and delivery
* Assisting accounts payable and receivable
* Organising couriers
* General up-keep of office including maintaining office supplies & equipment

Selection Criteria
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

* High level of initiative
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a role
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Capability to work independently
* Self motivation, punctuality and organisation
* Willingness to take direction and undertake a variety of tasks
* Skilled in using Microsoft Office
