Monday - Friday, 12–3pm (minimum 15 hours p/w)

$25 per hour
Office/Administration duties will include:
* Answering phones
* Receiving deliveries
* General email correspondence
* Database maintenance
* Providing administrative support
* Mail sorting and delivery
* Assisting accounts payable and receivable
* Organising couriers
* General up-keep of office including maintaining office supplies & equipment
Selection Criteria
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:
* High level of initiative
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a role
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Capability to work independently
* Self motivation, punctuality and organisation
* Willingness to take direction and undertake a variety of tasks
* Skilled in using Microsoft Office
